Colours of the Rainbow Board by Dan Churchill

This article  comes straight from Dan Churchill’s blog.  He has so many healthy and fun recipes and ways to do life with amazing food.  I recommend that you check it out.  I am also doing a promo on HayleyNicole & Co, a local who makes feasting boards and safe products to care for you feasting boards.  Yay….. too much fun with food.

Another weekend of awesomeness.. another rooftop with friends and one big plank of timber to handle some serious colour….its much better than watching typical paint dry 😉

These boards are becoming more and more like painting a canvas… and if you see the Snapchat story (@DanChurchillAUS), they are super edible #Winning…check out the story below… you can see the technical prowess of the board being taken to the roof too 😉

Now in terms of the recipes.. I am leaving it up to you legends to decide…. Below are a list of the dishes you see on the spread… Tweet, tag, or comment which one you would like to dish up at home and ill post the most popular one later on in the week on the blog… 😀

So much tasty love my legends!!

If you are looking for a great local supplier of feasting boards,  try my good friend Hayley from  HayleyNicole & Co  Hayley makes food boards to order and also her own special food board balm.

“I couldn’t find a clean yummy board oil that was food safe (cooking oils actually can go rancid on your timber) for my feasting boards. So I made my own using beeswax and mineral oil. You can get your Board Balm for $14.95 a jar. Its nourishing but is also stain repelling having tested it with soft cheeses, salami and red wine -just in case. And it nourishes your hands as well. 😊 @hayleynicoleandco
